unbalanced karma

You may have noticed that mp3s are gone for good. The reason for that can easily be filed under 'extremely bad or annoying occurance in 2004'. That folder is almost full. Seriously.
2004 sucks so far, friends. Something really good needs to happen soon.

2004 has mostly been a bust thus far for me, too.

Do what I'm doing: on the 4th of July (it's roughly the midpoint of the year, and there'll be fireworks) declare a do-over on the first half of the year. Drink some champagne, kiss someone at midnight, wipe the slate clean, and start 2004 again with your own personal New Year's Day.

I like Molly's idea a lot, too. And I think that's what I am going to do. Ok, we don't celebrate 4th of July here so there will be no fireworks. But still, it's a good day to start 2004 again. Maybe the second one will be better.
