Tortenversand

When I was still in highschool a project we worked on in my art class was to design postcards and send them to members of the class. The recipient could add to the design and mail it back or leave it in its original state. Only one rule was to follow. The word *Tortenversand* had to be printed on the postcard somewhere (you can barely see it in the two postcards above).
After graduation I moved to Munich. One of my best friends moved to Berlin. To keep in touch we sent each other weekly reports (Wochenberichte) creating collages of photographs, drawings and sometimes a few words.
